What is FREQUENCY?

FREQUENCY is a 6-day co-ed festival retreat in the Costa Rican jungle blending music, transformation, spirituality, adventure, wellness, nature, and community.

At its core, FREQUENCY is about bringing together people who want to go deep AND have a really fucking good time.

Picture a wellness/spiritual retreat by day, and a mini music festival by night. Throughout our 6 days together, you can expect ceremonies, plant medicine experiences, jungle adventures, and workshops… AND music, dancing, laughter, and just hanging out and having fun.

We'll also be joined by a carefully curated lineup of international and local DJs and producers who won't just be coming to perform and leave. Outside of their sets, they'll be eating with us, joining excursions, hanging out, dancing, and experiencing the retreat alongside everyone else. Some will also be leading workshops throughout the retreat; sharing their knowledge, creativity, and experience with us.

We're not creating a traditional festival where the artists perform and disappear backstage. We're all staying together, playing together, eating together, getting weird together, and experiencing FREQUENCY together.

The Philosophy

I've always loved bringing aligned humans together and creating spaces where people can connect, explore, grow, learn, and have truly transformative experiences.

And no, I don't think that changing your life has to look like a dark night of the soul experience, or sitting in a circle ruminating on your feelings for hours on end. I don't think spirituality has to be so serious all the time.

Some of the most profound experiences of my life have happened in ceremonies or during plant medicine experiences… and some of the most profound experiences of my life have happened on the dance floor at a music festival, dancing and being silly with my best friends.

That's the philosophy behind the retreats I've created over the past few years — deep healing & ceremony with all the fun music festival vibes. I literally just created the exact retreat I would want to attend.

The Evolution & The Vision

I've dreamed of creating a music festival since I was 14.

Since moving to Costa Rica in 2020, that dream evolved into something even more personal: an annual mini festival retreat for my friends, family, and community from all over the world. A place where all my people could meet, connect, reunite, dance, adventure, and all become friends too.

I hosted my first retreat in March of 2022. I then co-founded EVOLVE and the Conscious Creator Retreat. Hosting both solo and collaborative containers, I've spent the last few years bringing this magic to life across 23 sold-out international retreats.

FREQUENCY feels like the natural next step — everything I love about my retreats, diving deeper into the music festival vibes than ever before, and opening the container co-ed.

THE COMMUNITY IS EVERYTHING

At the end of the day, while the healing and transformation at my retreats is amazing, the community is truly the best part.

Over the years, my retreats have brought together hundreds of incredible, open-minded, creative, and adventurous humans from all over the world. This includes creators, entrepreneurs, artists, musicians, people in the music industry, and so many people simply doing really cool things with their lives.

Although everyone comes from different backgrounds, careers, and walks of life, they're all on the same wavelength.

And the connections don't stop when the retreat ends. People have started businesses, podcasts, creative projects, and even their own retreats with people they've met through this community.

What started as a single retreat has grown into a global family of hundreds of alumni. Post-retreat, everyone is always traveling together, going to music festivals together, and supporting one another through life's ups and downs.

Where you'll be

We're staying at Selva Armonia Immersive Jungle Resort, located near Uvita, Costa Rica.

Selva is a beautiful boutique jungle retreat center tucked into Costa Rica's lush tropical landscape, surrounded by rainforest and nature with incredible ocean views.

This is an immersive nature experience, but you are absolutely not roughing it. Think lush jungle, ocean views, salt water pool, infinity hot tub, beautiful architecture, yoga shala, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and A/C in select rooms.

Selva is owned by the same people behind Envision Festival, and it's the same place where Envision hosts some of its events and incredible after-parties. It's well known for its history of bringing together music, nature, wellness, and community.

Oh and one of the best parts is definitely the Funktion-One sound system and no noise curfew!!!!! AND DON'T FORGET THE NETS!!! (IYKYK)

THE MUSIC

We'll have a mix of international and local DJs and musicians joining us for the experience.

And they won't just be showing up to play a set and leave — they'll actually be staying at the retreat, hanging with us, adventuring, partying, and experiencing it all alongside you.

We'll have jungle parties every evening, plus a pool party during the retreat. We are going very hard on the music festival vibes.

EXPERIENCES + CEREMONIES

Over 23 retreats, I've had the chance to meet and work with some of the BEST of the BEST facilitators, healers, musicians, and space-holders from around the world.

I've spent years finding the humans I trust to hold truly sacred and intentional spaces, and for FREQUENCY, I've hand-picked a few of the people I trust most to create the deeper experiences we'll share together. Some of the most profound experiences and biggest breakthroughs of my life — and of my retreat alumni's lives — have happened in spaces held by these humans.

TBH, I can tell you all I want about these humans and how amazing they are, but you really just have to experience their work in person to get it.

CACAO CEREMONY

with INDIA MAYORGA

India is an ancestral bridge, ceremonialist, and lifelong student of nature whose work weaves together ritual, storytelling, meditation, sound, somatic expression, and ancestral teachings. Her work is rooted in reconnecting with ourselves, our ancestors, the Earth, and the living world.

For FREQUENCY, India will share T'sìrü — cacao carried through the BriBri and Cabécar peoples of Talamanca, Costa Rica — and guide us through an intentional cacao circle weaving together storytelling, ritual, sound, visualization, reflection, and connection.

SOMATIC MOVEMENT JOURNEY

with AMBER RYAN

Amber Ryan is a somatic movement guide, musical journey maestra, and global community weaver devoted to the alchemy of embodied movement, sound, and soul. Her work combines somatic wisdom with evocative soundscapes to create immersive movement experiences that invite presence, freedom, authentic expression, and belonging.

For FREQUENCY, Amber will lead us through an immersive somatic movement journey inviting us to get out of our heads, reconnect with our bodies, explore authentic expression, and move through whatever wants to move.

SOUND JOURNEY

with THE TROY STORY 3

Troy is a facilitator whose work brings together music, movement, meditation, and sound to help people reconnect with themselves and the world around them. For the past 6 years, he's been co-facilitating retreats, festivals, and immersive experiences throughout Costa Rica, Central America, the US, and Egypt.

For FREQUENCY, Troy will guide us through REGENESIS, a somatic sound journey combining breathwork, movement, vocal activation, and an immersive sonic experience designed to help us drop into the body, reset, and reconnect.

Every day at FREQUENCY will have its own mix of wellness, nature, adventure, connection, and festival vibes. Some days will be more relaxed, some will be more adventurous, and every night we'll turn it up with a jungle party.

Accommodations & investment

FREQUENCY is an all-inclusive retreat. Your investment varies depending on the accommodation you select, but the retreat experience is the same for everyone, regardless of where you sleep at night.

Room assignments will be same-gender, with the exception of special requests — for example, if you’re attending with a partner of a different gender.

Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José, Costa Rica.

We recommend arriving in San José on November 19th and booking a hotel near the airport so you can catch our group shuttle bright and early on November 20th!
Group shuttles
Our included shuttles leave San José on Nov 20th at 7:00 AM and bring everyone back to SJO on the morning of Nov 25th. Please book your return flight home for Nov 25th after 2:00 PM.

Meet your founder <3

Hi, I'm Bianca :)

I live in Costa Rica, where I create transformative experiences blending healing, spirituality, wellness, adventure, music, and community.

I've been living in Costa Rica for 6 years and creating + hosting retreats for 5 years. I just finished hosting my 23rd sold-out retreat in July 2026!!!

I've been going to music festivals, raves, and concerts since I was 14, and I've always loved music, dancing, adventure, and bringing people together.

I've also been traveling for most of my life. I started solo traveling when I was 20, have now been to 30+ countries, and have lived in Europe, North America, Asia, and Central America. Traveling has shaped so much of who I am - I've met incredible people from all over the world, experienced so many different cultures and ways of living, and collected friends in just about every corner of the globe.

My friends come from completely different backgrounds, cultures, careers, and walks of life, but there's always been something that connects us - a similar energy, curiosity, openness, and way of seeing the world. This is a huge part of what inspired me to start creating retreats: bringing together people who might come from completely different worlds, but who are on the same wavelength.

Outside of retreats, you'll usually find me surfing, exploring, hanging out with my friends, or at a music festival. My friends have a running joke that I'm addicted to surfing and addicted to chilling… and that is absolutely true.

I moved to Costa Rica in October 2020 and never looked back. I started my content creation journey and, within 6 months, grew my TikTok to over 100,000 followers - a community of people interested in psychedelics, spirituality, music festivals, and travel.

I had already been on what I like to call my spiritual/psychedelic journey for several years by that point. I'd explored retreats, ceremonies, plant medicine experiences, festivals, and different healing modalities around the world, and so much of what I learned through those experiences shaped the way I create retreats today.

I'm not someone who believes there's one right way to heal, grow, or experience spirituality. I've learned so much through ceremony and deep inner work, but also through music, movement, travel, friendship, and adventure.

As my online community grew, I kept feeling the pull to bring people together in real life. I hosted my first women's retreat in March 2022, followed by my first Conscious Creator Retreat in April 2022.

Since then, I've hosted 23 sold-out retreats around the world, including EVOLVE retreats in Costa Rica, Joshua Tree, and Canada, as well as my Conscious Creator retreats for creators and entrepreneurs. I've also brought Camp EVOLVE to Lightning in a Bottle and hosted alumni events.

And underneath everything I create is something pretty simple:

I freaking love bringing people together.

I love watching strangers become friends, watching people have experiences that genuinely change their lives, and seeing the friendships continue long after the retreat is over.

FREQUENCY is the next evolution of that. <3

Expectations & community agreement

This is a curated experience, and the energy we create together matters.

Everyone who attends will complete an intake form and participation agreement before the retreat. You'll also have a personal call with Bianca before your spot is confirmed.

We want this to be a space where everyone feels safe, respected, welcome, and free to be themselves. We're here to dance, explore, connect, go deep, and have a really fucking good time — while also being mindful of the people around us.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for behavior that threatens the safety or wellbeing of other attendees. This includes violence, harassment, aggression, threatening behavior, or behavior that creates a serious risk to yourself or others.

We also expect everyone to be responsible for themselves when consuming alcohol or other substances. Being intoxicated is not an excuse for disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.

If someone becomes excessively intoxicated, behaves in a way that puts themselves or others at risk, cannot control their behavior, or otherwise violates our community standards, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the retreat immediately, without a refund.

By attending, you're agreeing to respect the space, the people around you, the Selva property, and the intention behind this experience.
